Blood Supply System in North Macedonia is based on voluntary non-remunerated blood donation. The blood supply on our country is self-sufficient. There is only one Blood Establishment – Institute for Transfusion Medicine of RNM, consisted of 4 regional Centers and 21 transfusion Services
