Legal status:

European Blood Alliance is an association (vereniging), a legal entity under Dutch law. It is a non-profit organisation. The Alliance has our registered office in Amsterdam (the Netherlands), and our office in Brussels, Belgium. The Statutes are available [here]

Sources of Income:

EBA’s core funding is derived from the membership fees paid by Public, not-for-profit Blood Establishments.

EBA has also received action grants from the EU, noting that these grants are based on actual costs incurred in the named projects. Recently, EBA has received funding from:
