We are pleased to share the highlights from our recent webinar on the applications and advancements of human platelet lysate, presented by the European Blood Alliance’s Working Group on Innovation and New Products. Held on June 6, 2024 from 13:00 to 14:30 CEST, the session looked into the significant role that human platelet lysate plays in modern medical practices and research.
The event featured expert insights from leaders in the field, including Ólafur Eysteinn Sigurjónsson, Hendrik Feys, Katharina Schallmoser, Erja Kerkelä, and David Lundy. Topics covered the standardization of human platelet lysate, regulatory considerations, good manufacturing practices for advanced therapy medicinal product (ATMP) manufacturing, and innovative treatments for hypoxic injuries.
We were delighted to host 122 attendees from 27 countries who participated in a series of keynote presentations, followed by a panel discussion and an interactive Q&A session. This webinar was particularly beneficial for medical researchers, clinical practitioners, and regulatory affairs professionals keen to engage with the latest developments across various medical domains.
Presentations are now available for those who wish to revisit the material or were unable to attend.
