On line modules on Lean awareness

In 2017 and 2018, EBA commissioned through its EBA Research and Development Grant the creation of 7 Lean training modules, from the NHSBT which worked with Swansea University.

The output of the project is 7 high quality video training modules. The videos are a combination of footage of blood manufacturing and testing processes and work areas in action and animations to help illustrate principles or use of a CI (Continuous Improvement) tool. The training videos are a free resource for EBA Members.

This is a unique service provided to EBA members and made specifically for them.

The videos are accessed through a dedicated online learning platform, and each module is accompanied by a workbook and a test to check understanding.

We strongly encourage EBA Members to take the training and to disseminate the information within their organisation, there are no limits on the number of participants/Member.
